Anxiety, Depression & Stress
Managing overwhelming emotion, chronic worry, low mood, and stress-related burnout through structured, proven therapeutic frameworks.
You don't have to figure it out alone.
This is a space built for exactly that.
Dr. Irish Sheikh is an RCI-registered Clinical Psychologist with over six years of clinical, academic, and research experience — offering evidence-based therapy in New Delhi.
It's about being heard — without judgment. Your therapist takes time to understand you: your experiences, what concerns you, and what brings you here. Gently and without pressure, she'll walk you through how the process works, while building a foundation of genuine trust and empathy.
If you're wondering whether therapy is even right for you — that itself is a good place to start. With the challenges of today's life, many people feel more insecure and vulnerable than they've ever admitted. Therapy offers something rare: a space to express, reflect, and understand yourself in a healthier, more meaningful way.
Begin Your JourneyTherapy is a collaborative and client-centred process. The goal is to help you develop insight and make decisions aligned with your own values — not someone else's answers.

Short-term therapy may span a few weeks to address specific concerns. Longer-term work — unfolding over months — supports deeper emotional and behavioural change. The pace is always yours to set.
Therapy is a partnership. Dr. Sheikh may offer perspectives and tools, but the goal is always to help you develop your own insight and make decisions rooted in your values — not someone else's answers.
